By using RowExact you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pay-as-you-go credits

RowExact sells one-time credit packs. There is no required subscription. Credits never expire while your account is active. One successfully generated product uses one credit. Failed rows are not charged. Unused credits remain until you delete your account. Refund and credit rules are in our refund & credit policy.

AI-generated drafts

This export is an AI-generated draft. Review every title, description, tag, and claim before you publish. You are responsible for marketplace compliance, trademarks, and accurate product claims. Copy uses only facts from your uploaded file — no invented materials, sizes, or warranties.

You must review every export before you publish. RowExact is not a law firm and does not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, or sales.

Quality gate and export ready

Each row passes automated checks before it is included in a listing download: platform character limits, empty fields, banned phrases, duplicate titles, and marketplace-specific rules (for example Amazon bullets and keywords). Rows that fail are held out of the import-ready file and listed separately. Export ready means every row in the listing file passed those checks — not that the copy is legally perfect for your jurisdiction.

Your uploads

Upload only catalogs you are allowed to process. Do not upload unlawful content, stolen listings, or data you do not have rights to use. You grant us permission to process uploaded rows to provide the service.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, automation, or attempts to bypass trial, credit, or rate limits.
• No payment fraud, duplicate abusive chargebacks, or sharing accounts to evade limits.
• No interference with other users or the platform infrastructure.

We may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.

Free trial

The free trial covers three products without an account, subject to IP and device limits. Trial results may be attached to your account when you sign up on the same browser.

Service availability

The service is provided as-is. We may change features, pricing packages in the database, or AI models configured in your environment. Marketplace policies change over time; you remain responsible for compliance.
