- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Buy credit packs when you have a catalog to ship ($5 for 50 products, $9 for 300, $35 for 1000). Unused credits never expire.
- Will you invent product specs?
- No. Copy uses only the facts in your spreadsheet — no fake materials, measurements, sizes, warranties, or shipping claims.
- What does export ready mean?
- Each row passes a quality gate before download: platform character limits, empty fields, banned phrases, duplicate titles, and Amazon bullet/keyword rules. Rows that fail stay out of the listing file and appear in a separate errors export.
- Can I edit or regenerate a single row?
- Yes. After generation, review each row side by side with your source data. Edit completed rows inline, or regenerate one field or the whole row without rerunning the entire catalog.
- Where can I see example output?
- Visit /examples for before/after samples on all four marketplaces, plus downloadable sample catalogs and import-ready export files.
- What if my internet drops mid-job?
- Finished rows stay saved. The job resumes pending items only. Pause and resume anytime.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. Three products free, no account. Start from the home page trial or /trial.
- What happens to my trial if I sign up?
- On this browser, that trial job is attached to your account and shows up under History.
- Can I stop a catalog mid-run?
- Yes. Pause to resume later, or cancel remaining rows. Completed rows stay and are not charged again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Credit packs are one-time digital purchases with no subscription. Failed rows are not charged. Support may review duplicate charges, missing credits after checkout, or confirmed technical errors. Used credits are generally not refundable. See /refunds for the full policy.
- Is my catalog data secure?
- Your uploads and generated copy are stored for your jobs so you can review, edit, and export. Access requires your account session. We do not sell your product data. See /privacy for retention and deletion details.
- How long are my files kept?
- Jobs and generated rows stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Trial jobs on a device may be linked to your account after signup. Export files you download are stored on your computer — RowExact does not keep copies of downloaded exports.
- Does RowExact comply with GDPR?
- You can request account and data deletion from /data-deletion. We process only the data needed to run generation, billing, and support. For EU/UK users, contact support via /contact for access or deletion requests documented in our privacy policy.
