Refund & credit policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026.
RowExact sells one-time digital credit packs. There is no subscription. This page explains how credits work, when we may adjust or refund a purchase, and how to contact support.
What you buy
Credit packs are prepaid balance for bulk listing generation. One successfully generated product uses one credit. Prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Payment is processed once per pack; credits are added to your account balance.
Credits and usage
- Unused credits stay on your account and do not expire while the account is active.
- Failed rows do not consume credit. If a row fails the quality gate or errors during generation, you are not charged for that row.
- Completed rows that you export or keep in your job history have used credit.
When support may refund or adjust
Email help@rowexact.vvoix.com with your account email and payment ID. We review these cases individually:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same checkout.
- Checkout completed, credits missing — payment succeeded but your balance did not increase after a reasonable wait.
- Technical error on our side — a confirmed platform fault prevented delivery of purchased credits or caused a clear billing mistake.
We aim to respond within a few business days. Include screenshots or Stripe receipt details when helpful.
What we generally do not refund
- Credits already used for completed or exported rows.
- Change of mind after credits were added and available to use.
- Dissatisfaction with AI wording when the service ran correctly on your uploaded data.
Account deletion
If you delete your account, unused credits are forfeited. They are not converted to cash. See data deletion for steps.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first so we can fix it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support, or repeated abusive disputes, may lead to account suspension.
